Is calling Touto, Hokuto & Seito as West, North & East Sectors alright?

Will we need Prime Ministers or Mayors & Presidents for the series?

Gavin's father sets a bounty on Build after he saves Jacob. Gavin watches the events as Night Rogue, scheming behind his parents' backs. Gavin's father suffers a heart attack, taken to the hospital. The father learning of Gavin's involvement with Faust, tries to punish him for his actions, but Stalk poisons him as he fades away.

Gavin's mother eventually finds out about her husband's death and what Gavin has done. Taking over her husband's position, she disowns Gavin, exiling him from West Sector for his crimes. Infuriated by her betrayal, he transforms into Night Rogue in front of his mother for the first time. Gavin's mother proves to be a good ally & friend to Team Build.

Hearing of Gavin turning to the East as their Kamen Rider, she tries to plead with him to come back home and remember the good person he used to be before World War III. The proxy fight between west & east began as she offers Gavin to come back home after his defeat, but refuses the offer.

When the fight for Pandora's Box continues, Gavin kidnaps his mother announcing for West Sector's surrender. Crane orders Lincoln to kill his mother after the deal with the Evol Driver, but instead Gavin frees his mother from her cell as they escape together, revealing his true feelings & intentions of why he hates his father's ideals of peace being so low and that his way for everlasting unity would be the way of bringing everyone back to God, but took it the wrong way due to Pandora's Box's influence.

The trade began as Gavin's mother was rescued by Team Build. But as Stalk/Evolto became Kamen Rider Evol once again, fighting Rogue, Gavin's mother sacrifices herself to save her son's life.

In the final battle, Build defeats Evolto and an Earth-2 was formed, giving Earth-1 a better future without WWIII or Earth-1 was reborn anew without WWIII (I can't decide which direction). Gavin's parents had been brought back in the process.

But when Killbus shows up, he uses Jacob to activate the White Panel, restoring everyone's memories around the world on the Pandora War, which affected Gavin's parents too.
