That makes sense to me, Sentai does seem to have been experimenting more, and throwing different ideas at the wall to see what'll work, so this may just be more of that

Plus with the multiverse aspect of Zenkaiger it almost feels like a a very-soft reboot for Sentai in some ways, so it does feel sort of reasonable to have a connection point between Zenkaiger and DonBrothers, since DonBrothers is essentially going to be the second Sentai in this specific world (assuming they don't make DonBrothers take place in a different world, which I guess they might, I am making some assumption jumps here lol)

Yeah I guess it at least didn't do so badly to make toei think the franchise has no future, which is good

Personally I like Zenkaiger a lot but tbh I haven't been following the episode discussions on here very much so I don't really know how other people are feeling (I'll probabaly check out the thread for the last episode when we get there though) and I never feel like I have a good way to gauge if a toku is doing well in Japan at all tbh lol

Actually, is there anything like IMDB but for Japan specifically? I'd be curious to see the scores of different series on smth like that
