And that Decade Complete 21 though...I'm not sure if the cape is plastic or not, but either option seems pretty terrible; a plastic one would mean having a large plastic plate dangling from the back (limiting poses) and a fabric one would mean the cards have to be stitched or printed, raising costs through the stratosphere and leaving the possibility of the card things coming off if its stitched/glued (not a very appealing notion).

Huh? Why not? I recommend using wakuwaumono, a third party proxy shipping service that allows you to order from any website in Japan. Basically they buy it for you and ship it to you. Fare is reasonable.
