Yeah, uh, episode synopsis for next week implies Hiromi's issue is just gonna get fixed up by George. At least to let him able to use two, I suppose. I wouldn't rule out them leaving out using it up to four times.

Basically, FENIX ship goes down to resupply and its troops are on leave, including Hiromi. Which is why he's on casual clothes. Both he and Ikki's belts are taken by George to get fixed up and prepared for Barid, leaving Daiji and Sakura to defend the base as the Deadman make theri assault.
