Out of all them, Vice is the one that truly unique, because even when Ikki use the Rex Vistamp to bring him out he stayed the way he looked, unlike the other inner devil that took the form of the animal that the Vistamp has on it.

Kagero never took on a bat form. Obviously the Evil suit is bat themed but, like with Vice, that didn't change Kagero himself.
