It's a real good climax! It's rare to get all of the main Rider's forms altogether for one battle; in fact, it's pretty much only in Kobayashi shows (this and Den-O) that it even happens? Super cool to see all them OOO forms lined up in a row.

I think it's very popular, with the qualification that it's basically just a celebration of the franchise's history. It maybe isn't the best use of those characters, but it's terrific at making you feel like Kamen Rider matters to people.
