It was this weird combination of him being rendered a mass of panting excitement, and Marvelous immediately shoving him to the ground as Gokai Silver tries to tackle him. It was sort of a lot! I don't know if people ever act like that, or should be treated like that! But, y'know, the way Marvelous treats his friends in this movie...
