While I can't exactly speak for everyone, I personally don't mind a small bit of background chatter. Though I do believe Discord has a feature that filters out background noise. Also, don't worry yourself over not having experience, dice or figures. All this will be carried out using Roll20 which has everything pre install from dice rollers to character sheets and maps. So long as you have an internet connection I'll guide you through the rest. This will be my first time DMing too, so its new territory for myself as well. All are welcome.
