Sure, and that's sort of my point: Mai has such a dearth of emotionally-fulfilling and balanced relationships with the men in her life that she might not even realize that she should probably harbor a bit of animosity towards Micchy! Micchy only slightly gaslit her, and he feels bad about it, which is leaps and bounds above the men who used her as the prize in an apocalyptic battle royale.

But, yeah, I too would've liked it if there'd been some genuine closure to Micchy's arc, rather than just everyone deciding not to make a big deal about it.
