Ha ha, bold stance! I don't know that I've got a favorite for Zangetsu? I like them both, honestly. I appreciated that, not only did we get both suits in the Gaim portion, they both got Big Hero Moments.

The team part at the ene is also a lot of fun. The two heroes are mostly just goofing around and I'm all for it. These team ups rather expectedly treat these occasions as momentus occasions and when the heroes have to look their most composed or competent, but I think I much prefer Gaim and Drive trying badly to fit into a car and yelling over each other on the (space) road.

One of my favorite moments in the entire film is when Drive's like You Guys Must Be An Awesome Team and all of the Gaim guys are suspiciously quiet. None of them want to explain how many times they've tried to murder each other... or how many times they've succeeded!

It is for sure easier to have a redemptive arc when all you have to do is not collaborate in a genocide. Low-hanging fruit, so to speak.

I love how they execute on the hat. It's almost a shame that Lupin wasn't reused in the show proper (if I remember right), but then I might not get the ending I got, and I can't risk that. I love Drive's ending with Heart so much. (Also: Heart was great in this!)
