I like the little scene with Ikki and Vice, they spelled it out what Ikki's been up to. Taking care of others before himself, very Kamen Rider thing. Err still not into Volcano, but it's probably going to get replaced within an episode or two anyway.

Julio, or this time, Tamaki was the highlight this episode, though. I felt sad too when he was all defeated on the ground, crying. Side note, the quick shot of the Queen Bee Deadman on his eyes as Aguilera lands was so good.

Back to the topic, I got wet eyes too when he started to cry, it's sad having been betrayed twice, reconciling with your friend and only for him to die in front of your eyes in front of a maniac. The Giffu Stamp is such a dangerous thing. The short quiet scene of Sakura and Aguilera looking at each other, seeing that subtle nod on Aguilera, it's very cool.

One thing this kinda makes it apparent though, Daiji, despite being the secondary, is basically ousted frmo his position. He has no connection to any of the Deadmans, Ikki to some extent does with Orteca and Sakura with the other two. It's really disappointing, he's pretty milquetoast as a character too. They should really do something about Kagerou soon since the part where Lovekov and Vice appear behind Sakura and Ikki, it somehow felt missing without Kagerou.

Next week, goddamn I'm eating good. We're getting some Hiromi focus!
