Or the fact that there are a bunch of windmills right on the border of Fuuto, and they're all spinning. It... does the wind also respect the border? No one in Tokyo refers to it as the Windy City, so is it that the wind immediately dissipates as soon as it crosses that little stream? Or is it that Tokyo is just as windy as Fuuto, but only Fuuto makes it some huge deal; like some suburb claiming to have the Best Peanut Butter Milkshake, even though it's just because no one in the neighboring city would try and rank them?

Very confused at this regional disparity! My brain is not at all in Top Gear!
