GoRider's resolution has spoilers for Agito, Gaim, and Blade, with Blade's being integral to the plot. That said, they're spoilers that most people throw around openly enough, and it's watchable without the background. Depends on how you feel.

As for something short:
- ZO is a nice compact bit of action and Rider at its basics, with some beautiful modelwork, but that basic nature is as much a flaw as it is the charm.

- Kamen Rider The First is a movie length reworking of the originl 1971 premise, but is very mid-2000's in its asthetics, and bit or miss as to what bits of the adaptations work.

- Show her Super Hero Taisen and pray for the best.
