Doctor Who Generation II (Rose - Flux Part 6) is on Netflix. Flux has yet to get on Netflix. (Disk rentals) Stream on this is HBO Max and AMC +

Doctor Who Generation I (An Unearthly Child Parts 1 - 4 - Doctor Who The Movie) is on Brit Box but there are some disk releases for them.

In March I want to try to phase them in starting with The Beginning (Story 001 - Story 003). I got delayed for this due to Revolution Of The Daleks and Flux to buy this month.
