I don't have much to say about this movie but I do love the Build cast and the chase sequence stuff is good.

Some of the comedy is real good. Like the callback to Gentoku begging in the series, here when Utsumi asks both Kazumi and Gentoku to do it, instead of resisting at first like when he first wanted to become a Kamen Rider, Gentoku just swallows his pride and does it cause he wants to get out.

Also I kind of like the Blood? Mostly on the fact that they take the piss out of Evolt and his master plan by retconning it into it being them who came up with his great ideas? Mostly cause, as the show went on, Evolt sorta dragged as a villain for me (33 to 38 was like the roughest part of the show for me and it was all because it was Ad's for the Evol Driver) and while I was alright with him at the end, I love how this movie is just dig after dig of "No he didn't actually do this, we did, but he took credit" with the BLood.
