I think this is the first episode of ReVice that I was disappointed by. Not that it was bad as such, just well short of the standard that the series has set so far.

George immediately going full on "dissect him!" made no sense. Vice lying about why he noped out at that point also made no sense. This setup only served to pad out the episode and keep Ikki/Vice mostly off screen while the writers moved some other stuff around. Kagerou and Aguilera's respective beats were good, but I don't think it was necessary to make such a mess just to get those out.

Then the MOTW story was resolved almost as an afterthought, and while the villain twist was nice enough I didn't get her motivations (though I may have just missed a relevant line of dialogue).

So a rare subpar episode, but I feel that ReVice has managed to set such a high bar that an off week here is still better than a good week for certain recent series.
