Why wouldn't George want to pick apart Vice who is now outside instead of Ikki as a result of a strange stamp? Vice already makes it clear in the episode why he left too. He didn't want George to screw around with them like he did with Hiromi.

I do agree with the MOTW story tho, it should've been left out and the focus should've been more the characters.
