He is not! As he and Emu point out, what they've done is move the fusion timetable up enough to prevent Bikaiser from becoming immortal. The worlds get closer, which allows the heroes to team-up, but without giving Bikaiser the full benefit he was anticipating.

Sure, I can see that. I sort of think this is a problem/perspective that's more unique to me, which is fine. It's not some violent aversion to Rider returns or anything. There're just some moments where I wish we got definitive endings again, where actors only came back to play waiters in cameos. Those were the days, maybe.
