If I had to pick my top 3, it would probably be Ninninger Returns (for a mix of the set pieces and the fact that two major VAs made onscreen cameos), Episode of Stinger (for the more dramatic, less action-orientated tone working in its favour) and Hurricaneger vs Gaoranger (I’ve reviewed it twice, try searching either up for why).
