[Matrixbeast]

I feel like this episode was written as if there was a substory featuring Kagerou that got cut.
We've gotten moments of Daiji and Kagerou, with him even popping up every now and then when Daiji gets bonked on the head hard enough, but this episode is acting like we've had a prolonged arc involving him.
Daiji stating he was thinking he and Kagerou could live like Ikki and Vice when Kagerou's only heroic act was saving Sakura once. The montage of moments involving him as he died. Kagerou having any sense of interest in Daiji growing stronger. The waffling on whether Kagerou was getting weaker or stronger? Like, I honestly feel there was another Kagerou story arc that we just...Didn't get.

The elaboration on who Buu really is was nice, as well as the fact that apparently Ikki's mother is fully aware of Genta's past and what happened.
Otherwise, I wasn't feeling it this episode.
