I'm starting to 'get' Tarou, in the sense that I understand about a fraction of him
He's effortlessly perfect and refuses to tell a lie. That created a strong disconnect for him in his childhood in that everyone straight up left him. Now, as an adult, he feels even the slightest interaction is a bond between two people, creating the irony that he has a hard time truly bonding with others.
I honestly hope that, unlike Kyoryuger, Tarou's perfection is explored and treated as a flaw.

Anyway, Kijino is great. It's hard to not feel a strong connection with him. Average guy living an average life who kind of just...Fell into something entirely bigger. He's tailor made for ancillary audience (i.e. the parents watching with their kids, and...Us) to perfectly slip into his shoes. It's odd that the everyman whose entire "Point", so to speak, is that he's unremarkable, is kinda my favorite character
