As for Thunder Gale, on top of not being good to look at, it doesn't really even feel like an upgrade. Unlike other upgrades, there is no connectivity between the Rolling Vistamp and Thunder Gale Vistamp. Maybe it's supposed to be like like a Zi-O Trinity situation, where it's an another Super Form. At the very least if past forms are anything to go by we won't have to see this form for much longer before it's replaced.
