The Another Miriders generally follow different rules to the Another Riders created in the present or past. This conflict between the two timelines exists in a space where two futures are simultaneously true and false. So theoretically, Quiz can continue to exist in the future even if he's erased in the present, similar to a singularity point, for as long as the paradox is maintained.

I wish I could find it, but I remember there being fanart conceptualization for what if Quiz had his own show. Him getting his own bike that could also transform to a giant robot was pretty cool.

A Quiz mini-series could've been awesome and I'd expect it to be a little darker than Shinobi. But I guess Mondo was lucky to have a bigger role in his own arc so maybe they decided he didn't need one.

Correct! As all Miriders are portrayed by Sentai actors, Douan Mondo's actor is Suzuki Katsuhiro, who was Sakurada Hiromu/Redbuster. Suzuki has also appeared in J-dramas.
