You didn't include a link, which is crucial, but I don't think it affects anything Disney obtained after Walt's passing! I don't remember when he died, but he probably didn't live to see Star Wars '77 and since that was most assuredly purchased after he died, then it shouldn't be connected with his "vision"! What this means for properties made before Walt died (especially those that he personally helmed) is anybody's guess at the moment.
