Like, I get that at this point Zi-O is going full on Time Shenanigans and we aren't meant to think about it too hard, but like, Ryuki's' statue is right there in the future.

Because Tsukasa told Heure about the Mirror World and about Ryuga as we saw in the beginning of the episode. And well Oma ZI-O does have a Ryuki Ridewatch so he knows about Ryuki so when his statue where made he had one for Ryuki as well.
