That doesn't look like the face of someone who did something bad through idiocy or obliviousness. And the high school uniform means this probably happened about 6 years ago. There's precedent for Primary Riders affected by memory loss having an evil past, like Sento as the Devil Scientist and Tsukasa as the leader of Dai Shocker. Even if Ikki's memory loss only applies to isolated events in his life.

I like Ikki, he's a good protagonist who has learned to listen to others. I'm not saying that he's definitely a terrible person, or that he definitely used to be a terrible person. I'm just considering the possibility that behind Jiiko's extreme overreaction, there might be a good reason for his fear of Ikki connected to that mysterious past.
