I think it's also a great fight at this point in the show because it's basically Geiz and Sougo speedrunning the entire first 28 episodes worth of villains -- in one battle sequence -- due to their friendship? That's a cool way to show how much more powerful they are as friends.

So, I got this, but if the show is saying he suddenly switched up from dressing like a Smooth Criminal to dressing like a Kingdom Hearts protagonist... like, that is a pretty big ask of the audience. I mean, it can happen (Gentoku!), but I'd need a decently-sized fan club video to connect those dots.
