It's definitely funny to see one-off Summer Movie guys treated as an unstoppable army (G4? Dark Ghost? Kamen Rider Deadbeat Dad?), but it sort of works? For the Phase 2 villains, they usually show up when the heroes are at their most powerful, forcing them to level-up to survive. Even with their final forms, I can see Geiz and Zi-O getting roughed up by four movie guys attacking simultaneously.

I mean, it never feels like Heure is unaware of what the Time Jackers have been getting up to, even if he's capable of seeing it differently now. Sougo can see that Heure is becoming aware of the consequences for aligning with Swartz, and it's becoming clear that it wasn't an informed decision originally. Sougo's not a guy who's going to berate a suffering adversary that's reaching out for help; that's what Geiz is here for.

It's only weird in that Drive Type Next would be a more logical Legend Rider for the Drive Ridewatch story; Aqua's still fun to see! Except for his weird genie pants! I really hate those!
