Agreed! I don't think it's necessary to add "girl" to the title, and if we did, we'd clearly be referencing the "Kamen Rider Girls" who sing a lot of the Rider insert themes. I just like to throw random titles for fun, and after all, we have a female Sentai for all the primary colors (red, blue, green, yellow, pink) we could have a full female Sentai special. For Ultraman, there's a novel titled "Ultraman F" which features a female Ultra as it's central character.

In the end, titles can be anything, but the potential for a full Female Rider special is indeed there, and I don't really mind if they do or don't take it.
