Episode 1: In the past, an astronaut discovered an artifact on Mars as they learn that it is connected to the legendary Pandora's Box. It turned out to be the real thing. During a press conference, the astronaut starts acting weird as he tries to open the box, only to release the Skywall, marking the beginning of a new era: the Pandora War; a WWIII. Years have passed since then, as the North, South, East & West continued. A young genius named Clark Hopper was looking for work in the science government of West Sector, while at the same time: protects the people from meta humans as the Kamen Rider named Build. A day later, a young man named Jacob Drake was on the run as a fugitive. Clark meets him in hopes of finding out of his past due to being an amnesiac. After saving Jacob, Build became a fugitive too for helping Jacob as a "Bat Man" watches from a distance that "the war has only begun".

In the opening after the Skywall came, a group of gangsters were harassing a young woman who wanted her money or to ask one of them out. Build arrives in an instant as he was seeking out the one who was a meta human - the Needle Smash based on the hedgehog & needle/spike projection. Build manages to extract all the meta's powers into a bottle while saving her.
