Fuwa's real great! There's a ton to like about his gonzo commitment to destroying all robots, and how he doesn't look at Hiden Intelligence as a partner in the pursuit of justice any more than a firefighter would view an arsonist as a partner in fighting fires. These guys created killer robots, and somehow tricked the public into ignoring the danger. He's not about to cut these guys any slack!

We get our traditional second-episode bike debut and it's actually a pretty solid bike sequence in my opinion. The Rise Hopper really fits Zero-One's aesthetic as a sleek, cool, bike that matches it's Rider design-wise. Now how often will the bike actually show up from here on in?

The funniest recurring feature in the first two episodes is how much property Hiden destroys, totally unnecessarily. Did they need to create a Henshin that lets a giant metallic grasshopper stomp around first? Did they need to fire the Rise Hopper from space into the goddamn basement, instead of letting Aruto take an elevator up to it? (And then he drives it along a bunch of windows!!!) For a company that's all about how technology can benefit mankind, I feel like the killer robots are the least of their problems.
