What a monstrous theme for a secondary Rider? Perhaps they'll initally be villainous or something. I wonder if the item bit means that the secondary uses a different kind of Driver, or that one of the gimmick items (the bracelet or the buckle) resembles one. Jiangshi have very clear motifs/imagery, so I wouldn't be surprised if the buckle resembled a jiangshi's face, or something like that.

Not sure how true this considering all the "suit leaks" so far for Geats is re-hashing the same rumor more or less, but it sure would be a interesting theme for a Rider.

This is what I like. I like it very, very much. On a dark theme, maybe he won't be a villain, but something like Kiva, based on monsters and drawing strength from them. But the enmity between the Riders will be unequivocal, because they are literally cat and dog. But, of course, all these are just theories that need to be confirmed.
