It's random to have Fuwa show up to this story by just, like, rounding a corner (on his day off!), but it's super random for him to have an all-new Progrise Key that becomes instrumental in defeating the story's Magia. We get this whole story about needing a new Key to defeat a villain -slash- keep Izu from killing herself, and then Fuwa just found one on the bus or something? Not the tightest storytelling, even for an HBV!
