Shining Assault has a much less cool catchprase than Shining, that's for sure. Shining Assault's is like I'M GONNA WIN THIS FIGHT, while Shining's was more My Inner Strength And Dedication Has Precluded The Chance Of Evil Surviving. I think it's clear which one is cooler!
