P-Bandai figures are never made available on the US site, so you gotta use an importer. AmiAmi and HLJ only do retail figures, but AmiAmi has a rotating selection of pre-owned P-Bandai releases

And now that you mention it, I have used Anime Export in the past. I got my SS Ixa from them. I'll remember them for the future.
