That would've been great! Like, top of my head:

-Is there a disgruntled Hiden employee who resents Aruto for ZAIA taking over?
-Is there a roving gang of vigilantes warring against a grassroots pro-Humagear youth group?
-Is there a human who lost their Humagear, and is now taking their rage out on the world?

Like, I get that this story is more about Humagear self-actualization, and that Humagears shouldn't have to prove themselves to humanity in order to be treated with respect. We're not doing A Bigot Learns A Lesson stories anymore; the show's outgrown that. But with Horobi a more background figure, and the Ark plotting in a lake, that just leaves Gai's increasingly cartoonish bits of spite to carry the motivation for superhero fights, and it ain't going great!
