But ZAIA did brainwash him into being prejudiced in order to fuel his hostility. But besides that, outside forces or not, the actions one takes with those feelings are still their own. Shoving it to Gai I feel robs Fuwa of any personal responsibility. The rewatching of Fuwa's journey up to this point also becomes tainted for me because it only rings to me that all of the actions he is taking up till this point was only because Gai made him do it.
