Gai though isn't only like that to Humagears, he was an awful boss to Yua and the others, used humans as a tool like Humagears, is a parasite to humanity who steals powers from more talented people around, and claiming that the Ark's judgment is exactly what mankind deserves. He wants to preserve his image, so why would he admit that he's wrong? (this is also one of many reasons humans won't admit their wrongdoings, ego, not only prejudice)

That's true, culture supported Gai's campaign to replace Aruto as president, so Gai deemed himself to be morally correct based on their validation. There are advantages to culture, uniting people through shared values, but it can also cause stagnation and discourage critical thinking, if it goes against a majority opinion. Critical thinking is absolutely necessary for morality and progress, instead of just relying on what others claim is right and wrong. Gai's justification to Aruto is that everybody else is okay with what he's doing, so Aruto must be in the wrong for being a minority. Gai's constant need for approval prevents him from seeing outside of that majority opinion, or acknowledging that Yua might have a point whenever she talks back to him, like it's a personal attack on his own misguided sense of morality. By culture validating his prejudice, they're also validating his ego, which is a dangerous combination.
