I don't even disagree. I actually really like Antsu-Chan, in a vacuum. His arc is solid, he is fun to watch grow, and he probably was the most well-developed cast member of the first arc. My gripes only show up when you look at him from the perspective of the whole show. I can't but feel like the time spent with him could have been used on characters who were struggling for screen time and the like.

Less than the sum of its parts, like I said.
