It's clear this game is an ongoing thing, and it even seems like she's the soul developer. Also I don't think you know much about game development if you think exploits and bugs can be magically fixed with ease.

Also actually reading the subs again, I don't think she was accusing him of modifying the game in their match, rather it's just something he's known for on top of his lack of sportsmanship and use of exploits/glitches.
