Because this is a popular series and its remake will definitely make many, even those who abandoned the franchise, watch this show.
For me, the basis of Black is the story of two brothers who were turned into enemies by a dark force. And whether this force will be a mystical purpose or a political idea is secondary for me personally, because this is a layering on the backbone of the plot. But I know for sure that watching the same series, only slightly modernized (because, let's be honest, they are clearly not a blockbuster for $ 150 million, and the special effects may well look even worse than the original), I would be less interested than this show, whatever it is. For when I have a desire to revisit Black, I watch the original, and not looking for something similar or related. But here, of course, everyone has different tastes.
And I understand that when you don?t like something, you want to write about it, but I still think that the previous remakes roughly showed what to expect and there is nothing to be surprised at.
