Didn't Toei start their universe/multiverse long before the MCU? Of course, continuity is very controversial, but this may be due to the unwillingness to load a rapidly changing target audience. And the world in the same riders is rewritten with enviable constancy. As for the Ghost/Saber, it seems to me that Necrom and Espada simply did not match on schedules (Isomura only has 4 projects for 2022), and the Canon Specter suit has already gone for parts.
