Just would like some help with any good showa or heisei ultra. Sort of thinking of mebius, seven, og ultraman, dyna, tiga, and gaia. But hardly know anything if they are strong story wise. Any recommends would be appreciated.

My Showa Recommendations: Ultraman, Ultraseven and Return of Ultraman. Honorable choice: Ultraman Taro.

I've not seen most of the Heisei shows but Tiga and Gaia would be my picks.
