There are many different ways to write a humble, simple-minded protagonist. Many previous main Riders would, in some way, fit that description. And even if there isn't a new Tycoon, I feel like any hypothetical new protagonist/second Rider that gets introduced after Keiwa is going to have to fill the role of being the more down-to-earth foil to Ace's sly and mysterious manipulator. I honestly can't imagine Ace working as a protagonist by himself without that.
