I was using moral as a synonym for lesson or aesop, which can be anything beneficial to a person's life. Ace learned more than determination though, he learned to have empathy for people who have to be determined to get what they want. Victory came so easily for him before that he started taking it for granted, extending to his rival's losses, so he suggests for them to quit while they still have their lives and forget their problems as the best case scenario, thinking he's being helpful. Here, he's forced to test his own advice on himself and learns by watching Michinaga that there is no best case scenario where you're left unhappy with your life and that fighting against odds is virtue, not stupidity.

Basically what Mesnick said. Neon and Michinaga would've forgotten everything about the DGP when the world was reset, but as the reward for surviving until the end, Tsumuri will invite them back as veterans and they'll remember by touching their ID Cores, including their interactions with Ace.

Maybe she has acquired good dexterity and leg strength for the purpose of evading John and Ben when she streams her escape attempts. That seems like it would be a useful skill in combat as well.

I imagine the reason why this story is happening at this point in Ace's long life of success is that one of these games we're watching is going to be the one where he finally fails. He pretty much admitted to Neon and Michinaga that they have the potential to win as long as they keep playing and I have a feeling it might even be the next DGP starting next fortnight. The show is probably taking the time to establish the status quo with Ace as the perpetual God of Desire before throwing a plot twist where someone else claims the title.

Tsumuri essentially gave him a DNF for his own welfare, so he lost his qualifications as a Rider. He'll need to get his qualifications renewed somehow, if he wants to play another game.
