Given that Toei decided that Aruto had to become Zero-One again, I was all for Izu becoming Zero-Two, whether it be the original or the new one. It lead to a really awesome fight scene and symbolically represented that Aruto and Izu will always be tied together, whether one chooses to see it as platonic or romantic.
