I think there was a scene in the movie where it seems like Aruto acknowledges she's not the same Izu? Like the scene in the office?

I guess for me I don't see a problem because Aruto is Ichigo and Izu is Nigo. With two belts, it honestly makes sense that we'd get two Riders out of it, and Aruto with Zero-One fits the best.
