It's possible I'm overstating it. (I'm also exhausted, so take my complaints about this episode as maybe me not being in the best frame of mind for this part of the mega-arc.) It's some hyperbole, but my point was more that Touma is being very accusatory to the friend that he recently vowed to not be accusatory with when the time came for revealing secrets. I didn't love how predictable it was that Touma would absolutely be unable to keep that promise.
