Daichi accusing others can add up arguments for him being a Desire Star, but I gotta remind you that this episode had Chirami announcing that players can be eliminated for being the most voted, regardless if they're Desire Star or not. Daichi can also just trying to purge his competitors or saving himself from accusations by directing the votes to the ones with easiest evidence.

My bet is on Ace. In addition to being a trickster, Ace has a change of desire. He did not win the previous game due to Girori's abuse of power. I can well imagine that the leadership of the DGP still recognized Ace's victory, but made it a secret. Because his first assignment as an employee of the DGP was precisely the role of Desistar.
True, there is a problem with the fact that Ace cannot be kicked out of the DGP. This means that he will remain in the game even after the disclosure, he will simply be forced to win the old fashioned way.

Well Keiwa was sorta a wimp in the first game, though at best he seems to be better than Ginpen (what I meant for my reply here is that, Taira, Masamune, and Gai are all older businessman which makes them physically inactive and thus unimpressive fighters, but Masamune and Gai are helped by the raw power of their Rider), getting degraded as the weakest player by at least Morio and Michinaga, and he only got his shit together in fighting starting from ep. 8. But a clearer reason for him being loser is perhaps, Keiwa is the ordnary person, everyone else is famous.

Regarding Ace being a trickster though, I also gotta remind that, other than you saying Keiwa isn't a wimp, tanukis also has a knack for trickery, it wasn't a throwaway line from Keiwa in ep. 16. The kanji for kitsune (狐) and tanuki (狸) together create 狐狸 (kori), which is a metaphor meaning ‘sly person’. The main trio's animal motif are all trickster animals together, Keiwa and Neon too not only Ace, the cat likely wasn't only picked for the cuteness aspect but also the sly cleverness.

I thought he had a change of desire due to Win's info, Win claims a staff's knowledge is limited compared to Game Master, thus Ace now picks a position that attains more knowledge in DGP, Game Master compared to staff.
