Someone with your amount of imagination shouldn?t be discouraged or get flustered because no one is getting your ideas, writing (to me,because of the amount of research) is the hardest part of Art there is, that?s why it gets so much attention.

There is nothing wrong with old ideas as long as they work. Not just because there are remakes. Moreover, going back to the riders, I believe that returning to the roots of the franchise will help solve the problem with the bike. Namely, you need to make the rider a motorcycle racer.
I'll explain now. The bike will constantly stand in the background as part of the scenery. When the rider runs to stop the monster, he will be asked:
"Why don't you ride a motorcycle?",
to which he will answer:
"I cannot risk it before the competition."
Well, a couple of races on a special track, I think Toei is quite affordable.
Speaking of something completely new: a shinigami rider? Ghost spit on the mystic, so there are clearly a lot of elements untouched by the franchise.
